lxtar Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

By accessing or using the lxtar platform — whether through the website, any associated mobile interface, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and lxtar. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

lxtar reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The version of the terms in effect at the time of any transaction or dispute shall govern that transaction or dispute.

To register and use lxtar, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any criterion may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lxtar verifies player ages during the registration process and may request official identification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not already hold another active account with lxtar. Only one account per individual is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same person will all be suspended and any funds within them subject to review.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, whether voluntarily set through lxtar or through any other responsible gaming programme. If you have self-excluded and attempt to open a new account, lxtar may close the account and return any funds deposited.

When you register an account with lxtar, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. lxtar reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these terms. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. lxtar will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify lxtar immediately via the support email if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. lxtar may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.
• Each player may hold only one registered account. If duplicate accounts are detected, lxtar will suspend all associated accounts and conduct a review of any transactions made across those accounts before determining how any remaining balances are handled.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — up to date at all times. lxtar uses these details for account verification, transaction notifications, and responsible gaming communications.

lxtar may at any time and without prior notice require you to complete a full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership for any payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified will be restricted from withdrawals until the process is complete.

lxtar supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. lxtar does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, but reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion for individual accounts, particularly where responsible gaming considerations or KYC requirements apply.
• Funds deposited into your lxtar wallet may only be used for placing bets and participating in games on the lxtar platform. Funds may not be transferred to other players or third parties.

lxtar does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by a payment provider in connection with a transaction are the sole responsibility of the player. Exchange rate fees do not apply as lxtar operates solely in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

lxtar offers a welcome bonus to new players and runs periodic promotional campaigns including free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your lxtar account. Winnings generated from bonus play are credited to your bonus balance and become withdrawable only once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until a minimum cooling-off period has elapsed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lxtar platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits. Any winnings derived from deposits made using fraudulent payment credentials will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Registering multiple accounts, sharing accounts with other persons, or using another player's account credentials — regardless of whether the other player has given consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the lxtar platform, its game software, random number generation systems, or security infrastructure.

lxtar employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Suspected prohibited conduct will result in the account being placed under review. During a review, withdrawals may be suspended. lxtar's determination following a conduct review is final and binding.

All content on the lxtar platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of lxtar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the lxtar platform without prior written consent from lxtar. Unauthorised use of lxtar's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lxtar, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services. lxtar's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lxtar account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lxtar makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lxtar does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform, including odds, game results, or account balance displays, where errors may result from technical faults beyond lxtar's reasonable control.

lxtar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which lxtar may take such action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct rules, age eligibility requirements, and account registration rules.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified time, or provision of false, forged, or misleading documentation during the verification process.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity associated with the account, whether conducted by the account holder or a third party using the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, lxtar reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balance, and withhold any winnings derived from prohibited conduct pending investigation. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account that was deposited legitimately will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

lxtar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
